Looking for a subletter to take my lovely garden-view room in a beautiful, spacious flat in Bruntsfield. Would be living with four others, who are all very friendly and welcoming. We keep our flat clean and tidy, so an ideal subletter would clean up after themselves and respects the space.
The flat is spacious, has a large living room / kitchen, bathroom and has garden access. Kitchen has a flatscreen tv, and there is also a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
It’s in in the heart of Bruntsfield, close to supermarkets, independent shops and loads of quirky coffee shops, cafes and restaurants.
