Beautiful big room in Bruntsfield 16/6-24/7

I am going away for the summer and I'm subletting my room from 16 June until 24th July. You'll be sharing with my two lovely flatmates. The room is very big and sunny and in a great location. Close to Bruntsfield Links park and the Meadows, as well as Lothian Road and Edinburgh Uni central campus.
The rent for the entire period is £495 including bills which is an absolute bargain, and I'll take £100 damage deposit. The flat is all ladies and not a party flat so I'm looking for a girl who will be nice and won't mind sharing the responsibility for keeping the flat clean and tidy and be respectful of others.
Linen and towels are available. There will be plenty of books in the room if you like reading! Also a TV if you don't ;). The flat has a large kitchen with all the appliances and a bathroom with shower over bath. The airport bus runs a few minutes walk from the flat. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.
