Double room for rent in heart of Bruntsfield

We are 3 females two of whom are students. We are looking for a flat mate to ideally move in around the 27th of June 27th of May could also work. We are looking for a relatively clean and chill flatmate to join us for a few months. We enjoy partying occasionally. We have grown to love the flat. It is in a great location 20 mins walk from Edinburgh Uni, bus stop directly outside, big Tesco and small Salisbury a two min walk away, lots of bars and restaurants within close walking distance. We don't have a living room but we have made the most of the shared space we have including a spacious hallway, kitchen and a large shared garden. The bedroom has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, high ceilings. The bathroom has recently been redone and has a bath/shower, toilet, heated towel rail and double sink vanity with under sink storage. The kitchen was renovated in June 2019 so has all new amenities and plenty of storage.
