Lovely bright room in shared flat (Bruntsfield)

We are a mix of 4 PhD students and young professionals, looking for a female young professional to rent a room that is coming available in our shared flat (sorry, no full-time students for council tax reasons). Rent will be 510 each per month. There is no living room but we enjoy spending time together over meals in the nice kitchen. There is one shared bathroom but it is usually not a problem getting time in the bathroom! Gas/electricity comes to 29 per month each and council tax should be in the region of 90 per month. Internet should be under 10 each per month as we are currently changing our provider (at the moment we pay 6 each).
