Double bedroom available in a flatshare in Bruntsfield from the 1st of October.
Silvia is moving out of the room after living here for 2 years as she's moving on and found a job in London. We're looking for a female to take her room so as to maintain the gender balance of the flat, 2:2.
We're a fairly social flat who enjoy each others company and are looking to find someone who'd be a good match for us :)
About the flat itself:
we have 4 bedrooms, a spare bedroom (officially a boxroom as the flat is HMO licensed for 4 bedrooms), 1 large kitchen, 1 bathroom and a fairly spacious hallway. No TV but me and Alex are looking to buy a projector which can be shared around the flat!
In terms of bills, per month we pay 13 for internet, 55 for council tax and around 30 for gas and electricity.
We're looking to hold flat viewings on Sunday 22nd and Monday 23rd September and hope to fill the room after then. Please send in some info about yourself along with any questions you might have. Look forward to seeing you soon!
