Beautiful uble room to rent in lovely Brunstsfield

I am a doctor working in Edinburgh, just moved back after living in Australia for a few years. Looking for a young professional to rent the second bedroom in my flat.
Newly decorated, clean space, fully furnished, right beside Brunstfield, close to lots of cafes/shops and bus stops. On-street parking available with permit and spaces always available.
It's the perfect spot for living in Edinburgh.
Would like someone who is friendly, tidy, and sociable but needs to be considerate as I work long shifts/odd hours.
Flexible on length of stay, have advertised for 4 months but could extend if wanted.
