Lovely Double Bed Overlooking Bruntsfield Links

Looking for a social young professional to join me in taking on the lease for this great looking flat just opposite bruntsfiled links.

Hoping the pictures give a reasonable impression. Otherwise some not so obvious highlights would be Double glazed throughout and the kitchen and living room are both good sizes.

A bit about me:

In general I’m a pretty relaxed and down to earth guy. Definitely not manic about cleaning. I do appreciate a somewhat clean flat and understand that there’s often lots of admin involved - so always happy to pull my weight.

Not a fan for sitting around all day - I enjoy the outdoors and staying active. In terms of nightlife I’m always game for pub quizzes/ live music venues or pigging out somewhere. Also a fan playing board games or putting on a good film.
