We have a large and cozy double bedroom available for rent in a shared flat.
Rent for the room is £365, all bills included, there is no deposit.
Room is available for move-in immediately and is available for 1 to 2 months.
Flat is situated 20 minutes walk from Edinburgh old town center. You would be sharing a flat with 6 other people (international), all friendly and outgoing characters, we love spending time together but we also respect each other's personal space. We have a weekly cleaning rota in which everybody participates during their cleaning week. Most of us are in our late twenties/early thirties and would ideally be looking for somebody in that age range. As I'll be traveling I'm renting my room short term, ideally one month or bit more. Feel free to contact me and visit us for a viewing.
Besides the room, there is a kitchen, a bathroom, two toilets, and a large shared living room.
