Hi all! I’m currently looking for a tenant to join the flat. I’m Ellen looking for someone easygoing, happy, respectful clean and tidy.

We can't accept students for council tax reasons.

The flat is located in Bruntsfield area only few minutes walking distance from the Meadows, bus stop, grocery shops etc.

Utility bills : broad band with Virgin at £49 a month and Avro for gas and Electricity currently at £30 a month.
Council tax: band E

We keep the flat very clean and tidy with a weekly rota. Besides the rota, “clean up after yourselves” is our headline.

Regarding the covid 19 situation we expect from the new mate to be very considerable and follow the regulatory.
