Large bright room in lovely Bruntsfield flat

We have 1 large sunny rooms available in our five bed flat top floor flat, right in the heart of Bruntsfield. You will be sharing with four professionals ranging from late 20s to mid 30s. We are all friendly and easy going, and keep the flat nice and tidy. When schedules allow we get together for dinners, TV/movies or board games (usually with a glass of wine)

The flat is in great condition, we have a spacious kitchen/living area which is a great place to chill after work and a shared garden downstairs. We have 2x stoves, 2x ovens, 2x fridges, a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a large table that doubles as extra bench space. The flat has a full bathroom including an actual bath, and an extra separate toilet off the hall. The room itself is lovely, it is spacious and comes with a desk, bed and mattress, and a wardrobe.

We are a sociable and friendly bunch but also respect each others privacy. Communal areas are kept clean and tidy, and we take turns doing tasks like hoovering and cleaning bathrooms on a rota basis. Which works out you only have to clean every 5 weeks (score), we are looking for someone of a similar mindset!

The rent of the room is £565 pcm and covers most bills including council tax and broadband. Shared bills work out around £20 per month (average) so all in for less than £600, the deposit is £400.
