Meadows Flat - Looking for Flatmate

Hi! We are three guys and gals (Phoebe, 20, Calum, 19, David, 22) looking for a new flatmate to replace our current flatmate who is leaving us to lead a life in Glasgow.

You will be living with three students, two of whom are dating (Phoebe & David), a chinchilla (Daphne, 5) and a hamster (Terry, 6 months {just a lil guy}). You will need to be a student so we get that sweet sweet council tax reduction <3.

This is an LGBT+ friendly flat, who loves to go out for a drink or two, and occasionally cook meals together. We are social but respect each other’s personal space (other than maybe Terry…).

Amenities include a washing machine, WiFi, a coffee machine (courtesy of David) and a bath.

Rent is £600 a month, bills come to around £40-50 per person maximum.

Flat is in a brilliant area, the Meadows are a two-minute walk, plenty of restaurants and pubs, Sainsburys, Co-op and Tesco all in a five-minute walk, with a Lidl not far down the canal. Bus routes are great for getting wherever you need to be.
