Double Room in top floor flat

Hi folks!

I'm a recent postgrad (I need to get a dissertation in first but hopefully all goes to plan) with a place in Bruntsfield looking to rent out my room to a postgraduate starting in Edinburgh this autumn. I'm bias - but its a pretty great flat! Big bedrooms with some of the most solid views in Edinburgh.

In terms of myself, I work from home 5 days a week and when I'm off I'm keen to get out of the city and up into the hills or into the water. Partial to a trip to some of Bruntsfield's finest pubs too.

Ideally you'd be a postgrad who shares some of those interests and wants a chill/uncomplicated flat environment. I'm also looking for someone who will keep the place very clean and respect the flat and our neighbours, especially considering I've been renting it from a family friend so I'm keen to avoid causing them any hassle. Love to host a social night here and there but we've also tried to ration our partying to particularly special occasions so not to disturb the building and each other too much.
