Double Bedroom in Bruntsfield

We are three friendly, outgoing, and open minded flatmates looking for a new flatmate to move in September 1 (there is flexibility for an earlier move in if needed) who would fit in well in our cozy, welcoming home.

We are all professional women looking for another professional female (sorry guys, this one’s non-negotiable!) Because of my job and conflicting interests, this flat is unfortunately not available to current university students at any level of study.

Monthly bills are not included in the rent and are approximately £110 (council, energy, wifi & stair cleaning), but this is subject to change due to rising energy pricing. No pets allowed and there is on street parking with a pass.

We are looking for someone who be looking for a place long term (and can handle being on the third floor), who is considerate of others, has initiative in buying communal items (lol roll, bin bags, etc.) and enjoys socializing.

In return you can be sure we are a lovely bunch of people who are generous, understanding, supportive, and fun to hang out with.
