Spacious Double Room With Garden View

We are looking for a third flatmate, as we have a double bedroom available for rent; suitable for a social and tidy individual.

Our current flatmate is moving out, leaving behind a spacious room with a high ceiling that is fully furnished (double bed, desk, chair, shelves, drawers, and closet). The room looks out onto the garden and gets the morning sun.

The flat is in a great location in Bruntsfield with plenty of pubs and cafes nearby. There is a Tesco Metro and a Sainsburys Local less than 2min from the flat. There is a bus stop by the front door (11, X15,16,23,36,45).

The rent itself is £430 per month; bills are roughly £50 and council tax is £65.

We have a spacious lounge with a TV (and a Chromecast) where we like to chill in our free time, eat dinner, have some drinks, relax and watch series/movies (we have a projector too). There is an adjoining kitchen (equipped with the usual stuff as well as a washing machine with a built-in dryer, air fryer, rice cooker). Occasionally we also like to take turns to cook a flat meal. There is a shared bathroom in the flat with a bath/shower.

The property is managed by an agency that’s been really accommodating and helped out with any needs we’ve had. Once a week we clean the common areas of the flat (kitchen, bathroom, and lounge) and take turns in doing so.

A little about us:
- Craig, a 29-year-old Web Developer, originally from South Africa. I like going to gigs, trips to the pub, and traveling.
- Greg, a 28-year-old Project Manager from Glasgow who is currently learning Spanish. He also likes trips to the pub and playing guitar.
