Looking for friendly flatmates for a student flat in Bruntfield! The flat is located right next to the Links and a bus-stop, and is only a 30 minute walk across the Meadows to the Bristo Square central campus and Main Library. Bruntsfield Place also boasts a friendly, laid back atmosphere with many coffee lounges and boutiques.

I'm a sociable law-conversion, final year graduate student with 2 rooms for let. The other flatmate is a final year economics student, also at the University of Edinburgh, who is also very sociable. The flat comes with: a large kitchen/communal space, shared garden, bike space, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, drying room, and box room storage. The kitchen has lovely views over to the Pentlands. As a potential flatmate we'd like to keep a friendly, harmonius atmosphere with shared cleaning duties.
