3 friendly, easy-going people from Scotland, London and Australia in their late 20's and early 30s looking for a new flatmate. Currently our dynamic in the flat is relaxed and sociable – we like having friends around but also having some space to chill. We love to cook together, spend time outdoors, and do things together as a flat. We would love to have new flatmates who are interested in contributing to our current dynamic :)

One of us is vegetarian but we’re not fussed about other people’s eating habits. We like to keep the flat tidy but also aren’t regimented about it.

We are ideally looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s – happy with whatever gender. Would prefer people who are interested in staying for at least 6 months or more.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept couples due to the HMO licensing.

Council tax is included in the rent and can’t be deducted for students.

This beautiful flat has a large kitchen/living area for cooking, chilling, socialising, movies etc, it's warm and well maintained with an excellent private landlord. One bathroom, and we also have access to a lovely shared garden - so a pretty great set-up.

Bruntsfield is centrally located, with nice bars and coffee shops, and extremely close to the Meadows/ Bruntsfield Links. There is a Tescos and Waitrose within 10m walk and small Sainsburys 30sec away. There are great bus links into town right outside the flat or a 20m walk to the City Centre.

Parking is permit holder only but we’ve currently used up the 2 allocated slots – free parking is a 20-minute walk away.

Sadly, the landlord doesn't allow pets.
