Bruntsfiled small 2b1b for a long-term flatmate

Hi I am Erin. Iam looking for my new flatmate to share a 2b1b small flat near Bruntsfiled. I used to be a postgraduate of Edinburgh University last year, and look for a job in Edinburgh.

I probably need a long term flatmate. I am a very tidy person and do not like party so kind of introverted and quiet. I prefer a flatmate who can keep our common space tidy and clean as always. I don’t accept any male to sleep over. I hope my flatmate is also a quiet person without lots of friends always come to visit or have parties in our flat.

The monthly renting is 850 pounds per person. Council tax is C and we need to pay other bills like gas, electricity and Wi-Fi.

Besides, the landlord asks no pet and no smoke. If you are a student without a UK based guarantor, you probably have to pay 6 months rent in advance.

My current flatmate is planing to leave so I am looking for a flatmate starting from the end of 2023 or no late than 20th Jan 2024.

I am so sorry there are not many pictures about our flat, especially no pic for the bedroom (because my current flatmate is still living there). The two bedrooms are the same small with only a bed and a Matt. But I welcome my potential future flatmate to come to the flat and talk about anything with me:)
