Unfurnished double bedroom available till October

I am looking for a lodger for 1 of the 2 bedrooms in the property. The flat is a lovely, spacious and warm (double and triple glazing throughout) top (3rd) floor Victorian property in Bruntsfield. You will be sharing with one other person as well as myself - although I am going to be away for the vast majority of the time till September. The rent does not include bills but an inclusive price can be negotiated.

I am looking for someone clean, tidy and friendly who can ideally move in ASAP, as the flat is available now. Shorter stays could also be considered if starting in March.

The property is non-smoking and sadly I cannot accept pets.

Council Tax Band E (included in the price)

There is an option to have the room furnished at a price of 1050 per month (inclusive of bills) assuming a 6 month stay
