Large double room for rent - cozy shared flat near Edinburgh city center - available now

We have a cozy furnished large double bedroom available for rent in a large 2 storey shared flat.
Rent for the room is £370 per month (all inclusive), with additional £15 per month for house expenses (gas, toiletries, etc.).
Deposit is £300.
Room is available for move-in immediately.

Flat is situated 20 minutes walk from Edinburgh old town center, with a bus station just outside the flat, great proximity to all the stores, cinema, bars, uni, etc. You would be sharing the flat with 6 other people (international), all friendly and outgoing characters. We love spending time together but we also respect each other's personal space. Most of us are in our twenties/early thirties and would ideally be looking for somebody in that age range.

We are ideally looking for a friendly flat mate who'd stay long term but shorter term let is also considered.

Besides the room, there is a kitchen with all amenities and appliances you might need to cook, as well as a washing machine, there’s two bathrooms, two toilets, and a very large shared living room that you are welcome to use anytime to read, study, work or whatever makes you happy :) There’s also a shared garden if you like to relax outside during warmer months. Flat is on the 3d floor of the building.

We also have a cleaning rota where two of us team up and clean the flat once a week just to keep the living space neat, so you basically need to be ok with participating in cleaning half of the communal parts of the flat once a month - it only takes an hour tops.
