Large flat in Bruntsfield

My room in my flat is becoming available at the beginning of May! Long term tenants.
I am moving out so you will be sharing with my lovely flatmate (a lady in her 30’s). Preferably looking for another lovely lady 28+. Working professionals only for council tax reasons.
Super friendly flat, we sometimes watch movies together and such. Not a party flat but definitely welcome to have friends over for the evening!
Building is crazy quiet!

It is a super spacious flat in Bruntsfield, 2 bed plus a good sized box room for storage and a shared bathroom. I have loved living here! Such a nice central area!
Room has a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 side tables and a writers desk.

Flat has washer/dryer combo machine, a small dishwasher, single glazed windows, and gas heating.

Rent will be £650, and bills over the winter have been approx 250 each all inclusive (Gas, electric, council tax, wifi). That will go down in the summer though as it’s already gone down to 215 each.
