Room to rent in Bruntsfield

Hi, my flatmate is moving out at the end of May after she graduates, so looking for someone to take over her room. I have been working for a year and would be looking for another young professional to move in for council tax reasons. The flat is located on Bruntsfield Place and has great bus links. The room has a master bed, and the flat has two bathrooms and a kitchen and living room. Bills are ~£71 per person. Council Tax band E. Letting agents are Clan Gordon.

Just a wee bit about myself, I’m 23 and working in Edinburgh after graduating from Mechanical Engineering at UoE last year. Would say I’m a clean, chill flatmate and in my spare time love to go for a walk and coffee, run, play a bit of hockey and tennis, and enjoy a pub night or night out.
