One bedroom in 3 person Bruntsfield flatshare

Hi everyone! 😊Neil and I have an opening for a female professional in our Bruntsfield flat.

The rent is £528/month plus around £50 in bills (potentially higher during the winter) and £70 in council tax. The room is fully furnished. The flat has a shared bathroom alongside a separate bathroom with a shower. We're hoping to find someone clean, lgbtq+ friendly and who is ideally looking to stay longer term. Ideal move-in would be between 30th June and 12th July, but we can have a little flexibility with this.

The flat is located in the heart of Bruntsfield, with central bus connections (11, 15, 16, 23, 26) right next to us.

We mostly do our own thing in the flat but are always happy to get together for the occasional flat dinner and kitchen chat.

I'm working as a clinical administrator and care worker with some odd hours in and out of the flat. I'm super friendly though!

Neil works from home, so we'd be looking to find someone who is happy to keep the flat peaceful during the day.
