3 double spare rooms in Brunstfield

3 Double rooms in a flat of 4 are available to rent in Brunstfield. Unfortunately, my 3 current flatmates are leaving but I am staying in the flat. I'm half french half english, I'm currently doing a masters by research at the Bioquarter. I have my thesis due end of August so I am working in the lab from 9h30 to 17h every day. Although I have a busy schedule I am always up to go for a drink in the evening, have a catch up in the living room or watch a film.

In the flat there are 4 furnished rooms, a toilet and separate bathroom shared with all tenants. The kitchen is large with a good amount of storage. The living room and kitchen are in the same space.

The flat is a 15mins walk to central campus and it is near multiple bus stops that will take you to King's building and other destinations. There are also nearby cafes, shops and restaurants.

The current rent is 662£ per person per calendar month, this might increase due to the landlord deciding to increase it. Bills are not included, however utility bills are approx. 25£ a month per person and wifi is around 5-6£ a month per person.

Due to my masters ending the end of August I am planning to go back to France at the end of September so there will be a spare room from then.
