There are currently 3 males and one female living there at the moment. Looking for someone clean and quiet, this is not a party flat. No pets and no smoking/vaping allowed in the property. The room is available from the middle of July depending on decoration being completed early. The rent is £595 per month including council tax and broadband, but exclusive of gas and electric which is shared between the tenants. We would require a month's rent and a month's deposit in advance.
