Large Front Bedroom in Bruntsfield

Hi,

We’re looking for a new female professional flatmate to occupy this room starting evening of 6 August 2024.

Monthly fixed dues are as follows:

Rent £595
Electricity £37.06
Council Tax £53.5
Internet £12.64
Stair Cleaning £3.75 (usually quarterly)

We do split items for flat maintenance like toiletries, food bags, cleaning stuff monthly.

Please note that the TV, gold racks, mirror & white curtains don’t come with the flat. However, the room comes with the original set of furnitures (i. e. cabinet, desk, chair, drawer, bed, green curtains) which are stored in the box room & will be put back.

Flat is located on a third floor in the lovely neighbourhood of Bruntsfield, a minute walk to the main road & close to the bus stop.

Room is bright on a good weather, sunlight hits very well at sunset time.

We also have new double glazed windows installed weeks ago, and a new boiler installed earlier this year.

You’ll be living with 3 female flatmates, in a mix of professions & nationalities. We’re on a quiet side of a flat, but we do love hanging out for food & drinks or sharing a meal together in the kitchen. We respect each other’s personal space and maintain a clean home. We’re looking for someone who love the same vibe :)
