Double room in student flat share

I am moving out of my lovely double room so it will be available to rent from 1st Sept. The 3 bed flat is on the 3rd floor, and has easy access to the meadows and the University.
There is a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen which has a washing machine.
The available room is very spacious with a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk, a cupboard with shelves and a window facing the street.
The rent is £630 pcm (bills not included) for the room with £700 deposit.
You would be sharing with two other students studying physics and geography with social policy at the University of Edinburgh.
We‘re looking for someone tidy, chill and friendly. We would love to find other students for council tax reasons. No professionals. Ideally looking for long term.
