We have a double room available to rent in the beautiful Morningside area - only a two-minute walk from Bruntsfield. There are direct links to the Meadows and Princes Street, and easy access to a Tesco Express 2 minutes walk away.

Perfect for anyone studying at Edinburgh Napier University on Merchiston Campus (a 5 minute walk) or Craiglockhart Campus (20 minute direct bus), as well as Edinburgh Uni due to the great bus routes.

We are looking for a student, preferably an undergrad in year 3 or 4, or a masters student who would be happy to stay with us in the flat until June-August 2025. We are a quieter flat who keep things very tidy, but we are very friendly! Living with us you can expect your own space to be respected, whilst also having good chats in the kitchen/living area and the occasional night out to the pub if you are up for it.

The rent of £650 does not include bills , and you would be entering into a new tenancy agreement with the three flatmates already living in the flat.

We are looking to have someone in the flat on the 1st October, but are flexible with the move in date.
