Double room to rent in Bruntsfield

Hey there,

My current flatmate is moving out of her double room and I'm hoping to find someone lovely to take her place!

The flat is on the top floor of a traditional tenement building in Bruntsfield. It's got a big kitchen, spacious living room with a bay window, shower room, utility room, and two bedrooms. The available room is the bigger one of the two, facing the street, at the front of the property. It's fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk.

You’ll be sharing the flat with a friendly female flatmate who works part-time and as a freelance photographer. She’s tidy, easygoing, and enjoys a good chat, but also values her quiet time and personal space.

I am in search of a female flatmate who values cleanliness, is independent, enjoys peace and quiet, and is responsible with our living space, this is very important for me.
Looking for someone who works outside of the flat and isn't planning on hosting parties or bringing in additional roommates.

Here are the details of the tenancy:

- The rent is £715 per month.
- It's a 1-month rolling tenancy.
- You'll need to provide a deposit of £715 to be held by SafeDeposits Scotland.
- Bills aren't included, but they're now £80/each, much less in the summer. It depends on the usage.
-Wifi £19.30 each.
- The council tax band is E.
- Movin in date - 1st of November.
