Looking for 2 gals to apply for Bruntsfield flat

Hey everyone! Me & my current flatmate are looking for two other professional girls to apply for this beaut flat in Bruntsfield (council tax band E)! We’re finding our current flat a bit too spenny so we’re looking for somewhere cheaper & this place seems like a great choice! It’s in a really good location with easy access to green spaces as well as town! The rooms differ in size so can discuss prices for each room later on.

A bit about us: We are working professionals who’ve been living together for a year now so know each other pretty well! :) My flatmate Kayla works in Neuroscience research and I’m an Architectural assistant! We work in the office around 3 days a week then wfh for 1-2 days! We’re both sociable and spend a fair bit of time together as we have very similar routines. We often like to cook veggie dinners, watch films & try to gym together. We’ve both lived in flatshares for a while so learned to value communication and cleanliness in the flat! This is very important to us as we would like to be friends with the people we live with.
