Description
Looking for a Housemate to Share My Flat!
I’m looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to share my lovely flat in the heart of Bruntsfield.
About the Flat:
The flat is on the third floor of a charming Victorian tenement building, full of character and original features. The highlights include:
A cosy double bedroom available for you.
A bright sitting room with bay window, excessively large tv and numerous house plants.
A modern dining kitchen equipped with all appliances.
A contemporary bathroom with high flow shower..
Additional features: a box room for storage, a utility room, and access to a shared rear garden.
About the Location:
In case you are not familiar with the area, Bruntsfield is one of Edinburgh’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, offering:
A fantastic selection of local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Proximity to beautiful green spaces such as Bruntsfield Links and The Meadows.
Excellent bus services and convenient access to the city centre and main motorway networks.
About Me:
I’m an active, open-minded and easy-going person who loves socialising and going on adventures. The flat reflects my lifestyle – you’ll often find bikes / skis / surfboards and the occasional damp wetsuit around. I use the space in a very practical and relaxed way, and I’d expect you to do the same. I work mostly 9-5 and often have plans at the weekend. I really like making friends and meeting new people, so if you share some of my interests and hobbies that's great but definitely not essential.
About You:
I’d love to share the flat with someone who feels at home here and shares a similar outlook. If you enjoy a friendly chat or meal in the living room, are considerate about cleanliness in both private and shared spaces, and value a relaxed, sociable atmosphere, this could be the perfect fit! I would prefer someone that doesn't work from home, at least not all the time
If this sounds like your kind of home, send me a message and we can chat. Happy to answer any questions. Looking forward to meeting you!
Liam
NB: I have plans to move away at the end of June so there will be some considerations regarding moving out or finding a new flatmate at that point. Happy to discuss.
