Single Room for Rent in Flatshare

Hi! Looking for a female student/young professional flatmate for our 4-bed flat in Bruntsfield to move in 1st April. Rent is £595 per month not including utilities (utilities and wifi average at about 50 pounds per month). If you are a young-professional you will have to pay council tax as well (which would be approx 200 per month till June then will be split with another flatmate). The council tax band is E. We are looking for someone who would want a flat longterm.

The room is a cosy fully-furnished single bedroom with double glazed windows and get’s lots of sunlight! The flat is located next to the Bruntsfield links, is a 20 minute walk to Princes street, and has a lovely, recently updated kitchen. There is one bathroom and a large kitchen with couches.

A little bit about us; we are 3 girls in our mid 20’s that are busy studying and working, but also enjoying socializing with each other in the evenings and watching films on our projector! We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful and willing to help keep the flat a nice tidy place!
