Friendly Bruntsfield flat with a shared garden

We are two girls (25 and 26) looking for a friendly flatmate to join our spacious ground floor Bruntsfield flat. The flat is fully furnished, with a large kitchen (with dining table, sofa and tv), and a box room, access to a shared garden and on street parking by permit. Your room has a walk in wardrobe, built in shelves, desk with a window seat and view of the back shared garden!

We are looking for friendly girl or non-binary person (25-35) to move in long term, who is up for a chat or shared dinner, but also respects the need for alone time. Professionals and students welcome but contribution to Council Tax will be required. Note: This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly flat!

Bills are not included and we are Council Tax band E. Bills are roughly £150 per month depending on time of year! We will consider students if willing to pay council tax.

About us:

Joanna, 25 - I am a student secondary biology teacher, interested in baking, swimming, the odd g&t, tag rugby, nature and love the garden. I’m fairly social and out and about, usually enjoying the outdoors but also happy to have a chat and share some of my baked goodies or a tea or wine in the evening!

Steph, 26 - I work for a youth charity in Edinburgh, and outside of work I love reading, writing, and all arts-n-craftsy things. I'm often out and about with friends and do appreciate time to recharge on my own, but am always down for a kitchen catch up with some tea (or wine!)
