Description
We are two girls (26 and 27) looking for a friendly flatmate to join our spacious ground floor Bruntsfield flat. The flat is fully furnished, with a large kitchen (with dining table, sofa and tv), and a box room, access to a shared garden and on street parking by permit. Your room has a walk in wardrobe, built in shelves, desk with a window seat and view of the back shared garden!
We are looking for clean, respectful, friendly girl or non-binary person (25-35) to move in long term, who is up for a chat or shared dinner, but also respects the need for alone time. Professionals and students welcome but contribution to Council Tax will be required. Note: This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly flat!
Bills are not included and we are Council Tax band E. Bills are roughly £160 each per month depending on time of year! We will consider students if willing to pay council tax.
About us:
Joanna, 26 - I am training as a secondary biology teacher, interested in baking, swimming, tag rugby, nature and love the garden. I’m fairly busy and out and about, usually enjoying the outdoors and enjoy using the flat as a relaxing place to unwind. I am looking for a flatmate who’s considerate and will take some of my baked goods off my hands over a cup of tea!
Steph, 27 - I work for a youth charity in Edinburgh, and outside of work I love reading, writing, and all arts-n-craftsy things. I'm often out and about and do appreciate time to recharge on my own, but am always down for a kitchen catch up with some tea (or wine!) or a shared dinner.
