Cosy room in Bruntsfield

Posted this earlier but the other person fell through so still looking!

My current flatmate is moving out so looking for someone to fill her room in Bruntsfield EH10! The room is available from April 13.

Rent is £567 a month, bills are split equally between the three flatmates. Internet and bills roughly equal out to £90 a month, plus council tax Band E. Although, it works out to about £730 - 750 a month.

The room fits a double bed, it currently has a couple of drawer and a /wardrobe in it. It could probably fit a desk with some rearranging.

In terms of common space, we’ve got a large living room and kitchen with a dining table, plus a box room with a bunch of storage.

We’re a five-minute walk from Bruntsfield Links and close to bus routes 11, 15, 16, 23, 36, and 45.

You’ll be living with myself who works from home as a media monitor and Federico, a software engineer who is split between the office and working from home.

Looking for a non-smoker professional (or a student willing to pay council tax), can tidy up after themselves, good communicator and friendly. We’re not a party flat, but will watch the occasional movie together
