I’m looking for a tidy, considerate flatmate to move into the spare bedroom of my spacious flat overlooking the beautiful Bruntsfield Links. The flat is bright and well-maintained

I own the flat and live here myself — I’m a quiet person, big into fitness (there’s a Peloton bike in the flat if that’s your vibe), and prefer a chilled night in over going out. That said, I have a close circle of friends nearby who pop in now and then, so the flat has a relaxed but social feel.

Ideally, you’re someone who values a peaceful, clean home and takes pride in keeping shared spaces tidy. Bonus points if you’re also into fitness or just like having a nice place to wind down after work.
