Hey! I’m a 27-year-old professional working a hybrid setup (WFH a couple days a week) and looking for a like-minded flatmate to share a clean, relaxed and sociable flat with. Been living here for 2.5 years and current flatmate is moving out.

I’m into sports, enjoy an active lifestyle, and always up for a catch-up —but also respect personal space and downtime. Ideally looking for someone in their mid-20s to early 30s who’s also friendly, tidy, and has a similar vibe—professional, social, and active.

The flat is located on bruntsfield place, with great transport links and close to Bruntsfield Links, cafes, and gyms . The room is£700 pcm and £800 deposit.

Move-in date is ideally around 7th June, but I can be flexible.
