I will be moving out of my flat at the end of May and I am looking for someone to replace me for the shared tenancy. The apartment is in an excellent location in Bruntsfield, right beside the meadows. The flat is lovely and very spacious. There is a large storage closet not shown in the photos. New carpets were added to the bedrooms last year. The room has a really nice view. The building is quiet and the neighbours are nice. The letting agents in charge of the property are very helpful and responsive.
My flatmate is friendly and super easy-going. She works from home and likes to travel a lot.
We are looking for a new tenant who is a professional and who can pay half of the council tax (~£230 per month split between two tenants).
