Double Bed in Bruntsfield Flatshare

Hiya! I’m looking for someone to take my room in a lovely 5 bed flat in Bruntsfield! It’s available ASAP.

The room… it’s GORGEOUS. I am quite sad to leave it, only doing so because I’ve moved to Glasgow! Room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, and nightstand.

The flat… 5 beds and two full bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a shower stall). The flat gets sunlight all day long! Top floor flat, so also gorgeous views and sunsets. Communal kitchen, living room, two storage closets, and a box room.

The flatmates… Lovely group of people I’m really lucky to call my friends. Quite social and love a movie night or dinner, but we all love chilling in our rooms and understand the importance of alone time lol. Love board games and nights out to the local pub. (Blackbird or Bennet’s especially). Currently one masters student, two finance workers, and a kilt maker call this place home! Very queer/queer friendly flat so please just be a decent human being. Also super crafty (painting, lace making, sewing, crocheting etc etc.) Ages range from 23-28 so looking for a young professional or student (who will pay council tax) in their mid to late twenties.

The nitty gritty… flat is £680 plus council tax and bills. Usually comes out to around £800 a month, but obviously quite a bit less as we head into summer. DJ Alexander requires the tenant to make 30x the rent annually, but having a UK based guarantor is preferred. There is also a chance the rent will increase with the signing of the new lease, but we haven’t heard specifics and honestly we’d probs fight it.
