Double Room in Bruntsfield for the Summer

Looking for someone to sublet my room in Bruntsfield for June &July with a chance of an extension through as well.

Large double room available in a lovely 4-bed 2nd floor flat, located in the highly sought after area of Bruntsfield.

The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers.
The communal space includes a large, well furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a shared garden.

You will be living with 3 others - 2 males and 1 female, 2 of whom are junior doctors and the other a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh. They are very kind, respectful and sociable flatmates and incredibly easy to live with.

Rent is £745/month + bills
