Double room with en-suite bathroom in 2-bed flat in Bruntsfield from 1st January 2026.

I’m moving out to live with my family and I’m looking for a clean and considerate person to replace me (sorry no students for council tax reasons)


The flatmate you’d be living with is Kevin, 41 year old male working professional.

The flat is very big, consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (yours will be en-suite), a big spare room (we use it as storage but it could be an office/yoga studio), living room, kitchen.

Bruntsfield is a lovely area, there’s lots of shops, coffee shops, restaurants, a park just across the street. There’s a bus stop across the street with lots of regular buses.

The rent is £650 per flatmate.

Council tax (Band E), gas, electricity and broadband come to £180 a month per flatmate, so you would pay £830PCM total.

The property is leased via letting agent and all references (proof of income etc) will be required.
