Hey, I’m looking for a subletter from the 15th July til 31st August. You would be living with 4 other lovely, easy going people in their mid twenties. We like to be social and hang out in the kitchen together but are also quite busy and it’s overall a calm flat. As it’s the summer break from uni some flatmates might also be gone sometimes. You don’t have to be a student tho to sublet! We value cleanliness and have a weekly cleaning rota. And we are a no smoking flat. We prefer living with other females!
