A bright and spacious double room is available in a lovely two-bedroom flat in Bruntsfield. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, lots of storage space, and a desk—perfect for anyone working from home or studying. There’s plenty of storage and lots of natural light. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped with new amenities, and the shared bathroom is clean, well-kept, and equipped with a new shower. The flat is close to local shops, cafés, and has great transport links nearby.

A bit about me, I’m a 25-year-old female doctor working shifts, so I really value a calm and quiet home to unwind in. I’d describe myself as a homebody who enjoys chilled evenings, the occasional glass of wine, and a good Netflix session. I’m sociable and easy-going, but definitely not into partying at home. Cleanliness and mutual respect are really important to me, and I’d love to live with someone who shares that same mindset—someone kind, considerate, and happy doing their own thing but also up for a chat or a drink now and then. I also volunteer to foster cats from time to time, so there may occasionally be a friendly feline around the flat. If you’re an animal lover (or at least cat-tolerant!), that would be a big plus.

The rent is £775 per month. The bills sit around £170 per month with council tax at £216 for band D (for 10 months of the year) - both of these split between the 2 of us.
