The room available is a comfortable double with its own private bathroom (not en-suite). You’ll also have access to a smaller spare room that can be used as a study space/home office or for extra storage. Kitchen and living room are shared and there’s also a garage for added convenience. There’s also a lift in the building and flat is on 1st floor.

Rent details - £790 per month per person
Council tax band F - £142 per month per person (25% discount if student)
Energy bills are about £60-70 per person

Looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful and easy-going, willing to clean the flat regularly especially shared spaces. You’ll be living with me, I am a 27 year old working professional who mostly works from home. I moved abroad from Malaysia, lived in London for 4 years and then moved to Edinburgh. I like my quiet time but I also love socialising and would love to have someone that I could chat with and hangout together at home or outside. I have many interest including cooking, watching Netflix, reading, running, Pilates, & pop music 🎶 I’m always down for fun activities and trying new things x

My flatmate is moving out but I would like to stay on as I do really love this flat! We are looking for someone to move in ideally on the 11th October. Please do not hesitate to message if you’re interested and it’s within your budget!
