We have a double room for one person for rent in a 5 bedroom top floor HMO flat on Merchiston Place, just off the main road running through Bruntsfield.

There are currently 3 males and 2 females living there at the moment, with one of the males leaving shortly. Looking for someone clean and quiet, this is not a party flat. No pets and no smoking/vaping allowed in the property. The room is available from approx 22nd September at the earliest. The rent is £650 per calendar month including council tax and broadband, but exclusive of gas and electric which is shared between the tenants. We would require a month's rent and a month's deposit in advance.
