Hi there! We are looking for a tidy, quiet, friendly and respectful female flatmate to fill one room in our flat. (Note: Students are welcome, but would need to contribute to council tax)

We all enjoy chatting and occasionally spending time together in our communal spaces, but we also very much value time to ourselves, and are always respectful of each other’s space and varying schedules.
Some of our interests include - creative arts (theatre, writing, film, etc.), outdoor activities, reading, tea&coffee ;), running, swimming, game/movie nights, etc.
We would love to connect with a chill, courteous, mature, and like-minded individual! :)

🏡 More about the flat & expenses -
The flat has a beautiful shared garden and is right outside several bus links taking you directly into the city centre.
Managed by ‘Forth Property Management’ who are super involved and helpful.
Rent is approx £500 per month, but will confirm.
Bills + council tax would be roughly £100 per month.
