Spacious Room in Friendly Bruntsfield Flat

Hey! We are looking for a new flatmate in our lovely big four bed flat in Bruntsfield, to fill the cosy orange room.

A spacious four bed Victorian build with loads of character. Highlights include the bright and characterful kitchen and living area, looking out over the leafy garden, loads of storage throughout the flat, and a nice bathroom with a good shower.

We are a friendly, social, sporty and outdoorsy flat, all being in Carnethy hill running club, and one of us being in Edinburgh Triathletes. We’d love someone who would enjoy joining us for flat meals, a trip to the pub, or maybe even a run or a hike!

The flat is in a great location on Bruntsfield Place, with lots of cafes and restaurants around, right beside Bruntsfield Links, and a short walk through the Meadows into town, with good bus routes as well.
