I’m looking for a student tenant to take a large double bedroom (room 1) in the heart of Bruntsfield.
Other occupants have recently left the flat after finishing their PhDs, leaving one remaining PhD (chemistry) student.

Short-term lets (~1 semester) to verified students will be considered, but I’d prefer a longer tenancy.
