Cosy double room available in Bruntsfield

We have a room available in a sociable flat share in Bruntsfield. The room is the smallest in the flat but still has plenty of room for storage with a unit of drawers, a wardrobe under bed storage and storage in the hallway cupboards. The room also has double bed that can be converted into two singles for visitors and a small balcony for plants that gets plenty of light all day long!

The flat has two bathrooms, one newly refurbished shower room with a toilet and the other a bath/shower with a toilet. We have a spacious living room and kitchen with gorgeous castle views.

You will be living with two professionals (29 and 27) and two students (24 and 27) we are a social and friendly flat. We often spend time together quietly enjoying each others company watching movies and tv, playing board games and going out to the pub. However we are by no means a party flat. The flat is spaced out nicely so we can enjoy our alone time in peace and are respectful to each other’s spaces. We are looking for someone friendly and fairly chilled but still clean who will contribute to flat chores.

We are Lgbtq+ friendly!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept couples, and students will have to contribute to all bills (including council tax) which is approx. £110 altogether.
