I am sadly moving out of this beautiful flat in Bruntsfield. The room has a double loft bed with a good amount of storage and overlooks a quadrant of gardens.

The living room/kitchen is absolutely stunning with a traditional fireplace and a view of the church opposite.

The flat has two bathrooms; one with a shower and one with a bath and shower together.

You will be living with three women in their late twenties, two in full time employment, and one PhD student. The vibes are relaxed and friendly, we watch tv together and hang out in the living room sometimes, but all also have our own lives outside the flat too! We are looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful of the space. As well as someone with lovely vibes to continue the homely atmosphere of the flat :)

It is located a 30 second walk from Bruntsfield Links with loads of lovely shops nearby. It's also well connected for cycle paths and busses.
