Room in cosy three-bed flat in Bruntsfield

Looking for a new flatmate to join our cosy flat in Bruntsfield. We are two girls in our late twenties. One of us works in social care and as a yoga teacher, and the other works in marine conservation. We love catching up over a cup of tea, sharing veggie meals, going for local walks, and sometimes doing art, pottery, yoga or pilates together!

We are looking for someone who slots in and feels at home in the flat 🙂

The available room is spacious with a double bed, garden view and ample storage. There are three main bedrooms, but also a ‘box’ room in which we often have guests stay.

The flat is very conveniently located: a couple of minutes walk to two small supermarkets, and 10 minutes from a larger supermarket. It’s a 15 minute walk to the main university campus through the meadows, and 5 minutes to the canal. Several main bus routes pass on the main road, just round the corner from the flat. Our road is generally very quiet.

£590 pcm + bills (circa £160 depending on energy use and council tax (band E))

Ideally 10th Dec start date, but with flexibility to start earlier in December if needed
