Hi, I’m subletting my room just off of Bruntsfield Place from the 15th of December until the 10th of January for £450. It’s a large double bedroom that gets a lot of sun. It’s in a 5-bedroom flat, although most of the tenants will be gone during this time. It’s a queer-friendly flat and has a nice big kitchen.
In the new year we will be looking for new tenants so you may be able to stay after the sublet, although it would be in a different room.
